The rooms were brand-new with single bed with lovely beds. I found the hotel's location the best and convenient, adjacent to airports, the downtown area and local shops. Western Suburbs district was worth staying in.

The hotel was located very close to airport, Taxi and restaurants, and the International airport. The rooms were neat and beautifully maintained, loved it. The property had a central setting in Mumbai. Also, a sprawling suburban beach was 2 miles away.

Every time in Mumbai, I choose this place. It boasts prime, handy location very close to airport, and shopping area. Western Suburbs district is absolutely worth visiting.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with single bed. Excellent service, though a few employees were not very friendly. It was in a central location, very near to domestic airport. Had lunch/dinner at Baker Street, which I found a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Nice place, very convenient for transit through the Mumbai (bom) domestic airport. Food is good! Staff is good and well-trained too.

The bathrooms are too cramped and rather shabby. The mind-boggling and faulty room lighting control system should be discarded and replaced by ordinary switches. Their airport shuttle van needs a very thorough repair, cleaning and shampooing inside.

The best part of the hotel is its location and the service - the staff who picked me up from the airport as well as reception and room service - all were helpful, courteous and friendly. The room was comfortable - it was a single and had plent of space. The room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom could be improved (renovated). However, good value for money and excellent for transit or short stay for business.
